Coincidence

On the Titanic was a passenger named William T. Stead. He was a famous journalist, and author. When the ship sank, he was last seen in the Smoking Room. His body was never recovered. What's interesting about him, is that he wrote a book called "From the Old World to the New". It's based off a voyage he had. It was about a ship on it's maiden voyage called the Majestic, under the command of Edward J. Smith, striking an iceberg and sinking. However, there were too few boats to rescue everyone. This is kinda freaky, especially since he died on the ship that he envisioned. :?

That is indeed an interesting coincidence; I'll be sure to pick up the book sometimes if I ever come across it.

This reminds me a bit of Futility (also known as The Wreck of the Titan), too.
