I am the great grandson of Philip A.S. Franklin. I have two items a collector might be interested in . An oil painting of my great grandfather and a Tiffany pocket watch inscribed, " Presented to P.A.S. Franklin by B.N. Baker Xmas 1900". It works is in perfect condition 18K and is a minute repeater.
