Hi,
as far as I know from the book “The Ship magnificent” volume 2, were the meals for the “maids and manservants dining saloon” prepared by the main galley, which prepared the meals for the first and second class passengers.
Especially I am interested to know if these servants ,who were a special kind of first class passengers, in the maids and manservant dining saloon got some kind of reduced menues/meals from the first class or rather full or reduced menues/meals from the second class.
further I would like to know which kind of china were used for the “maids and manservants dining saloon”.
regards,
Stefanie
